By accessing or using the PrivateTour website and services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
PrivateTour reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When you make a booking through the Platform, you enter into a contract with the tour operator (the “Supplier”) for the provision of the tour services. PrivateTour acts as an intermediary between you and the Supplier.
All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking unless the Supplier offers alternative payment arrangements.
You agree that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
Cancellation policies vary by tour and are specified on each tour's detail page. Please review the cancellation policy before making a booking. In general:
If a Supplier cancels a tour, you will receive a full refund. PrivateTour is not responsible for any additional costs you may incur due to a Supplier cancellation.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PrivateTour or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.
PrivateTour acts as an intermediary platform connecting travelers with tour operators. We do not directly provide tour services and are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any Supplier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivateTour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any tour services booked through the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. The arbitration shall take place in Dubai, UAE, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
